I have been getting 403 forbidden errors returned from the Youtube API when using streamlink on channel URLs (since livestreams often have new URLs, so if you want to monitor whether or not someone is streaming you need to check that) about 90% of the time I try any channel.

By the time you read this, it may be the case that the 1st URL says that the live stream is offline or points to a newer live stream, and the 2nd URL may point to a nonexistent live stream (because the live stream ended).
